Shut the water off at the house-side main valve if you can reach it safely.
If there is standing water, cut power to affected rooms at the breaker. Don't walk into standing water near outlets.
Photograph everything before you move it. Those photographs matter later.
Lift what you can off wet flooring, especially anything upholstered or wooden.
