Most people meet us on one of the worst days they've had in their building, and the work itself asks a great deal of the people doing it. These six core values are how we hold both of those at once.
Our core values, in the order they matter
These are our core values: how DrySite behaves, on a house and on a building. They sit alongside the IICRC standards our technicians are certified in and work to, and they're written for the people doing the work as much as for the people paying for it.

We tell the truth, document honestly, recommend what the property needs, and keep our commitments. We never compromise safety, quality, or trust for speed or profit, even when doing the right thing is harder.
Respect the Moment. Respect the Work.
We enter homes and businesses during stressful, personal moments. We protect people’s privacy, belongings, and dignity; explain invasive work before we begin; and remember that every property is someone’s home or livelihood. We show that same respect to the people doing the work. We recognize the physical and personal demands of restoration, look out for one another, and provide the support needed to work safely and professionally.
Move with Urgency.
Damage grows while decisions wait, and not knowing is its own weight to carry. We respond promptly, establish clear next steps, and act decisively, without letting urgency become unsafe, careless, or unsustainable.
Master the Craft.
Restoration is skilled work worthy of pride. DrySite invests in training, tools, coaching, and career development. We follow industry standards, measure our work against them, understand the “why” behind our decisions, and continually improve our skills.
Own It Together. Close the Loop.
We make individual ownership clear, but no one has to carry a problem alone. We keep affected people informed, raise concerns early, ask for help when needed, support our teammates, and follow through until commitments and handoffs are complete.
Build to Last.
We develop people, use resources responsibly, and build dependable systems so excellent work doesn't depend on one person or unsustainable heroics. As DrySite grows, that growth should create better careers for our team and more reliable service for our customers, without losing the care and accountability of a local company.
Licensed and certified for the work we actually do
and Restoration Certification
Mastering the craft starts with all technicians training and testing for IICRC certifications. It never stops, as technicians continue ongoing education to ensure they’re always certified to the current standard rather than a twenty-year-old one.
State. Held separately from assessment, so clearance testing goes to an independent hygienist.
Certificate of insurance issued the same day for any association or management company that needs one.
Cert. Required for work that disturbs paint in buildings built before 1978, which covers a great deal of Miami-Dade housing stock.
We own our equipment, and we maintain it
Everything we bring is ours rather than rented, and we take pride in keeping it that way. Commercial-grade equipment, calibrated, cleaned between jobs, and inspected on a regimented maintenance program.
Some restorers rely on rented equipment, and others prioritize getting equipment onto a job while maintenance takes a back seat. When an emergency strikes, our customers can count on us to deploy the right equipment for the loss, clean and ready to work. If a job needs more capacity than we can put on it properly, we say so when you call rather than after we arrive.

DrySite is owner-led and independently owned, and Francisco is accountable for how every job runs: the standards the crews are trained to, the documentation you receive, and the call you make if something isn't right. Certified technicians and clear escalation sit behind that, so the same process holds on a single bathroom and on a twelve-unit building.
