Why choose DrySite, and when not to
What you get from us is a certified technician on site, an arrival time confirmed in writing, measured drying rather than guesswork, and a complete file handed to you at the end. Where a national franchise or a one-truck operator is the better call for your loss, this page says so.
DrySite, a national franchise, or a one-truck operator
Based on how these three business models are structured. If a franchise or an independent in your area works differently, judge them on what they actually do.
Call us when
It's a house, condo or townhouse in Miami-Dade.
You're going to file an insurance claim and want the documentation done properly.
You want the same person from the first call to the last reading.
Someone already dried it and the smell came back.
Call someone else when
It's a tower-scale loss, a full hotel, or an event needing dozens of dehumidifiers at once. We'll tell you on the call whether we can staff and equip it properly, because a job we can't resource well isn't one we'll take. Offices, retail, restaurants, multi-unit buildings, and condo common areas we do handle: see commercial response.
You need the rebuild done by the same company. We don't hold a general contractor license.
You're outside Miami-Dade County.
You want the contractor to take over the claim and bill your carrier directly. Under current Florida law the claim stays with you, and we work that way by design.
