Join a company at the start

DrySite is new, which means the first few people here will shape how it works rather than inherit somebody else’s process. If you take the standard seriously and you want your name on the work, there's a place for you here.

01 · What it's like

Small company, real standards

You'll be on call some nights. You'll take moisture readings every day whether or not anyone is watching, because that's the product. You'll meet homeowners on the worst day of their month and you'll be the reason it gets better.

What you get back: certification paid for, equipment that's maintained and ready, an owner who works jobs alongside the crews, and no incentive structure that rewards cutting a job short.

Certification paidIICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) funded, on work time.
Straight payHourly plus on-call premium. No commission on scope size.
Equipment that worksWe own our equipment and we maintain it.
Room to growThe people here first will be running crews.
