For trades and professionals

The client you send us stays your client.

DrySite dries buildings out and cleans them up. We don't fix plumbing, replace roofs, service HVAC, sell houses, adjust claims or rebuild anything. That isn't a limitation we apologize for, it's the reason working with us doesn't cost you the relationship.

01 · Scope

Where our scope ends and yours begins

This table is the whole pitch. If the boundary is clear, the referral is safe in both directions.

You're a We do You keep
PlumberExtraction, structural drying, contaminated-water cleanup, documentation of the loss. The repair, the fixture, the line, the recall. We document what the failure did, which usually helps your invoice rather than competing with it.
RooferEmergency board-up and tarping, interior water extraction, drying, intrusion-path documentation. The roof. All of it. Our intrusion mapping tells you where water actually entered, which is often not where the customer thinks.
HVAC contractorCondensate and air-handler water losses, drying, mold remediation where growth followed. The equipment, the install, the service contract. We don't clean ducts and we don't sell systems.
General contractorEverything before you start: dry-down to a measured goal, plus a written scope you can price from. The entire rebuild. We hold no GC license and aren't bidding against you, now or later.
Real estate agentLeak detection, moisture inspection, mold screening, and remediation before or after closing. The transaction and the client. You get a written technical answer for a nervous buyer instead of a rumour.
Public adjusterThe drying work and the technical record: cause, extent, readings, equipment logs, scope. The claim, entirely. We don't represent policyholders to carriers and have no interest in doing so.
Mold assessorRemediation to your protocol, then containment held until your verification is complete.Assessment, sampling, and clearance. Florida requires that separation and we work within it strictly.
02 · Fees

No referral fees, in either direction

We don't pay for referrals and we don't accept payment for ours. Between a mold assessor and a remediator, Florida restricts that outright. Everywhere else it's a bad idea: the moment money moves, your recommendation stops being about whether the work was good.

What you get instead is reciprocity where it's earned. We're asked for a plumber, a roofer, an HVAC contractor and a builder most weeks, and we give the name of whoever last did clean work on a job we were on.

If a job we send you goes badly, tell us. We'd rather stop referring than keep a list that costs us credibility with the customer.

03 · Sending a job

Sending us a job

There's no portal and no form to fill in. Call, or text us photos, and tell us it came from you.

01

Call from the site if you're standing in it

Thirty seconds of a tradesperson describing what they see is worth more than a form. Tell us the property, what failed and how long it has been wet.

02

Tell us who to speak to

Owner, tenant, manager or you. We'll contact whoever you nominate and keep you copied if they're happy for us to.

03

We report back to you first

What we found, what we scoped, and when we're out of the way so you can start. You should never have to ring the customer to find out whether we finished.

Standing in someone's water right now?

Call from the site. A technician answers, and we'll tell you what we can do and when.
