What we handle
Many people call us unsure whether it's serious. That's the right time to call. Send a photo or describe the room, and you'll know within minutes what you're dealing with, roughly what the work costs, and how fast it needs attention.
Water Damage Restoration
Burst pipes, failed water heaters, A/C drain backups. We pump the water out, trace how far it spread, and dry it on a measured plan, with a reading logged for every room.
Sewage Cleanup
Backed-up toilets, broken sewer lines, flooded floor drains. We seal the room off, remove the waste, disinfect, then dry it and check the readings before the room goes back into use.
Mold Remediation
Visible growth, musty smells, stains that keep coming back. We seal the room off, remove it, fix the moisture feeding it, and bring in an independent assessor when a job needs formal testing.
Storm & Hurricane Damage Restoration
Rain forced in by wind, breached roofs, street flooding. We trace where the water traveled, then dry the structure with every wet room metered.
Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration
Soot on every surface, smoke odor, water from putting the fire out. We clean and deodorize before we dry, so nothing spreads while it's still wet.
Leak Detection
Stains with no source, a water bill that jumped, a warm patch on the floor. We find the leak with thermal imaging instead of demolition.
When water, smoke, or sewage hits a building you manage, everyone needs the same answer at once: tenants, owners, your board or head office, and the carrier. You get one point of contact, work scheduled around your tenants, and one documentation file that satisfies all of them.
What actually happens after you call
What you can see is usually the smallest part of it. You won't be working any of it out on your own. We tell you what we're doing and why at each stage, and the part you have to do is small.
We answer, live
A technician picks up, walks you through shutting the water off safely, and texts you an arrival window before the call ends.
Minute zeroWe find all of it
Our thermal cameras and moisture meters find water behind tile, under cabinets, and inside wall cavities. We log a reading for every room, including the ones that look fine.
First hour on siteWe get it out
Standing water comes out first, then your furniture and belongings move clear of the wet area. Drying equipment is sized to the water we measured.
Same visitWe prove it's dry
We take readings every day until every material hits the target we set on day one. Then the full file is yours.
Daily, until it's doneDocumented properly from the first hour
Coverage usually depends on how well the first 48 hours were documented. We photograph, measure, and scope every room as we work, in the format carriers already price from, and the whole file is yours. By the time your adjuster arrives, the case is already made, and you're not the one who has to make it.
You open and control the claim, and we work for you. We handle the technical side and answer the questions your adjuster asks us.
See how claims work →Dated photographs, notes on the conditions we found, per-material moisture readings, equipment logs, and a written scope.
It goes to you first. A copy goes to your carrier or adjuster whenever you ask us to send it.
Our emergency assessment is free. Payment terms are explained in writing before any work begins.
The four limits that protect you
We turn down work over every one of them. You'll hear all four on the first call.
We dry, clean, document, and hand you the file. We're not a general contractor, so we hand over a clean, repairable surface and work alongside whoever handles the repairs. If you'd like a referral we'll share names we trust, and we take no fee for sending you there.
For policies issued on or after January 1, 2023, Florida law doesn't allow post-loss benefits to be assigned to a contractor. Your claim stays in your name, and so does the payment.
Florida licenses mold assessment and mold remediation separately, and one company can't do both on the same project. When a job needs formal testing, an independent licensed assessor writes the protocol and we clean to it. No referral fees pass either way.
We only take jobs we can get to quickly, so the window we text you holds. If you're outside the area we cover, we'll say so on the phone.
Where we work
We keep our service area tight so we can get to you quickly. Find your area to see what usually goes wrong there, from pipes to roofs to flood lines, and how we handle it.
See all service areas →Also serving Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Homestead, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, North Miami, Miami Lakes, and the rest of Miami-Dade.
It costs nothing to find out, so ask when you call. Most sudden, accidental discharges are covered: burst supply lines, failed water heaters, overflowing appliances, roof breaches from a named storm. Long-term seepage and deferred maintenance usually are not. We document the cause and the damage on day one so the determination is made on evidence. You file and control the claim yourself, and we handle the technical questions your adjuster asks.
